Best in Brass is Florida's Wedding & Event Orchestra. Our mission is to provide the finest musical artistry for your most important events.
Let us help you make your events even more special by providing you with virtuoso professional symphony musicians and top-call jazz musicians.
Our orchestra can perform as a full chamber orchestra or in smaller ensemble configurations. Our musical styles range from classical to jazz (check out our band, The Yo Cats!) and a variety of styles in between. We can also perform covers of your favorite songs in any genre.
Classic Brass
Our classically trained brass players make an excellent choice for events that need a regal, stately tone. Nothing works better for the performance of royal fanfares or grand marches than brass. Well suited to outdoor events without the need for any electronics, brass is also perfect for a traditional church wedding with organ. Popular ensembles include our brass quintet, brass quartet, fanfare trumpets, and trumpet soloist with organ. Our brass ensembles can also play cover songs and jazz charts, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any special requests.
Classic Strings
Our classical string ensembles and musicians are perfectly suited to events requiring an elegant, sophisticated tone. The classic sound and aesthetic of a string quartet, harpist, or pianist will elevate any event. From classical and traditional favorites to modern pop song covers, our string, harp, and piano musicians will perform beautifully. In addition to our luxurious chamber orchestra, popular ensembles include our string quartet, trio, and duo, soloist with harp or piano, and harp or piano soloist. We are here to help make your dream musical vision a reality!
The Yo Cats
Get the party going with our jazz and brass band musicians. When you need an upbeat band to keep things lively and exciting, The Yo Cats have got you covered! Our New Orleans Brass Band specializes in the upbeat, raucous, and joyful jazz traditions of the "Big Easy". The Yo Cats Jazz Band offers fresh and exciting solos from its musicians, paired with deep grooves that keep audiences dancing, partying, and having a good time. Our jazz band can also sweeten the mood with beautiful, lush ballads and intricate harmonies perfect for those slow moments and cocktail hours.
